Welcome to our second year of the Baltimore Educational and Social Society's (BESS) Charm City Fetish Fair (CCFF).  We are pleased to be able to bring you another year of quality education, vending, and social opportunities.  This year we have selected a new, larger location for our event!  Our host hotel is a 4-star hotel with wonderful amenities at great, affordable rates conveniently located in Baltimore right off of Interstate 83.  We have added another classroom and expanded the vendor hall hours for you to shop to your heart's content.  BESS is proud to be able to offer some of the best presenters in our local and national communities as well as top notch vending for our attendees.
