- One additional booth worker per booth rental (other additional help will require a paid registration).
- Complimentary internet access in the hotel's Business Center, which will be for CCFF's use only during the conference.
Table Rental: This year, because of the different booth sizes, we are offering table rentals in two sizes: 6 ft table - $12.00 per table 8 ft table - $15.00 per table Fee includes 1 chair and a trash can per booth, table cloths, and skirting.
Phone line hook up: $35.00 per line
Electric hook up: $50.00 per booth
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the limited number of booths available, and the fact that the event will be a day and a half at a major hotel location, booths will be granted on a first come, first served basis. Additional Vendor Information - Vendors are limited to the Vendor Area.
- Vending hours are Friday Evening: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Meet & Greet will be held in the foyer just outside the vending area from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, giving attendees time to shop.)
- Vending hours for Saturday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Classes end at 5:45, giving attendees time to shop.)
- Set up hours are on Friday from Noon - 5:00 PM . All unloading will be cut off at 5:00 PM to give time for staff to have dinner before vending opens. If you will need curbside time to unload, please be sure to specify that on your application.
- Requests for cancellation and refund must be submitted in writing and post-marked on or before April 2, 2010. A $30 non-refundable fee will be deducted for cancellation. CCFF is not responsible for lost sales, wages or other costs.
